冠心病、高血压患者的心率变异性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冠心病、原发性高血压及冠心病合并原发性高血压患者的心率变异性特点及其临床意义。方法选取48例冠心病患者,50例原发性高血压患者,46例冠心病合并原发性高血压患者,50例各项检查均无异常发现的健康人,对其24 h动态心电图的心率变异性数据进行比较分析。结果冠心病组、原发性高血压组、冠心病合并原发性高血压组与对照组比较,PNN50、RMSSD、SDNN、SDANN等参数对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;冠心病组与原发性高血压组各参数比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;冠心病合并原发性高血压组与冠心病组、原发性高血压组各参数比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论与健康人比较,冠心病、原发性高血压和冠心病合并原发性高血压患者的自主神经功能受损,心率变异性降低。且冠心病合并原发性高血压患者自主神经功能受损更加明显,心率变异性降低亦更加明显。 Objective To explore the features of heart rate variability and clinical signiifcance in the patients with coronary heart disease and primary hypertension, coronary heart disease combined with primary hypertension. MethodsSelected 48 cases of coronary heart disease, 50 cases of hypertension, 46 cases of coronary heart disease combined with primary hypertension, 50 cases of healthy people were selected to 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram detection and compared its data.Results Compared with the control group, the parameters of PNN50, RMSSD, SDNN, SDANN in hypertension group, coronary heart disease group coronary heart disease combined with hypertension group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Compared the parameters between hypertension group and coronary heart disease group,P〉0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Compared with hypertension group and coronary heart disease group, the parameters in coronary heart disease combined with primary hypertension group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. ConclusionCompared with healthy people, the autonomic nerve function of patients with coronary heart disease, primary hypertension, coronary heart disease combined with hypertension damage, and heart rate variability is reduced. And autonomic nervous function in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension damages more apparent, and heart rate variability lower is also more obvious.
