摘要
目的总结对手指甲下血管球瘤的诊治疗效。方法选择2013年3月-2014年3月我院诊断为血管球瘤的患者,分析患者的临床表现及手术方法。结果全部病例术后随访1年,22例术后手指疼痛症状完全消失,手指功能正常,指甲恢复生长,有7例指出现指甲线状条纹,未出现指甲畸形。有1例术后8个月复发,予以再次手术切除,术后症状缓解1年未再复发。结论瘤体切除甲板回植治疗甲下血管球瘤是一种有效方法。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor under the ifngernails.Methods Selected patients from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital diagnosed as glomus tumor, to analyzed the clinical manifestations and surgical procedures.Results All cases were follow-up for one year, the postoperative pain symptoms were disappeared, finger function was normal, nail recovery was growth in all cases, there were 7 cases of patients with nail line stripes, no obvious deformity. One case have postoperative recurrence in 8 months , and was acceptted operation again, without recurrence after one year.Conclusion The tumor resection and deck replantation treatment of subungual glomus tumor is an effective method.
