摘要
目的分析小儿重症腺病毒肺炎的临床特点。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对小儿重症腺病毒肺炎的31例患儿的相关信息进行分析。结果重症腺病毒肺炎患儿中毒症状重,起病急骤,多表现为高热持续时间久,以精神萎靡、面色不佳、肺部密集湿啰音晚发为突出临床表现,常伴有肺外多器官损害。结论在临床工作中,遇到重症肺炎有严重中毒症状且早期无明显肺部体征、肺部影像学改变较早、伴有异常的肺外其它器官损害者,经常规抗菌药物治疗效果欠佳,需警惕重症腺病毒肺炎感染的可能,以明确诊断,避免延误诊治。
Objective Analysis the clinical characteristics of severe adenovirus pneumonia in children.MethodsThe clinical data of 31 cases of children with severe adenovirus pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed. Results Severe adenovirus pneumonia was a severe pneumonia with poisoning symptoms, abrupt onset, and with long duration of high fever. The patients often were dispirited, with the poor complexion, pulmonary wet rales appear late in clinical. Severe adenovirus pneumonia often associated with lung and multiple organ damage.Conclusion In clinical work, severe pneumonia has severe poisoning symptoms and early signs of lung, lung imaging changes earlier, with abnormal lung and other organ damage, the effect of regular antibiotics treatment is not good, need to be alert to the possibility of severe adenovirus pneumonia infection, in order to make clear diagnosis, to avoid delayed diagnosis and treatment.
