探讨100例微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of 100 Cases With Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Heorrhage

目的探讨微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法随机抽取2013年6月-2015年4月我院收治的100例高血压脑出血患者的病例作为研究对象,使用回归分析法,主要使用微创手术治疗,并对治疗后的临床效果进行分析。结果出院3-6个月后对患者进行电话随访,100例高血压脑出血患者,痊愈的有60例,好转有32例,重残5例,死亡3例,总有效率为92%。结论对高血压脑出血患者使用微创手术进行治疗,在临床上取得良好的效果,具有创伤少、操作方便、安全可靠、费用低等特点。

Objective To explore the clinical effect ofminimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral heorrhage.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from June 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital as the research object, used the regression analysis method, the main use of minimally invasive surgery treatment, and analyzed the clinical effect after treatment. Results100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, recovery of 60 cases, improvement in 32cases, 6 cases of severe disabilities and 3 cases died, the total effective rate was 92%.Conclusion Useminimally invasive surgery in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage treatment, achieved good effect in clinic, with less trauma, easy to operate, safe and reliable, low cost.
