经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效分析

Analysis the Curative Effect of Transurethral Prostate Electrocision in Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨对良性前列腺增生症患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床效果。方法选择80例入院治疗的良性前列腺增生症患者,按不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各组40例,对照组行开放性手术治疗,观察组行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察与比较两组患者的临床效果,并对各项手术指标及术后恢复情况进行分析。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量较对照组低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组治疗后的IPSS、Q-max、PVR指标水平均优于治疗前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗可有效改善患者的临床症状,具有创伤小、手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优点。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of transurethral resection in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Selected 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia patients hospitalized, according to the different methods of treatment were divided into control group and observation group, the group of 40 patients in the control group underwent open surgery, the observation group transurethral resection of the prostate was observed and the clinical results of the two groups were compared, and the surgery and postoperative recovery indicators were analyzed.Results The observation group operative time, blood loss were lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. IPSS,Q-max, PVR index levels of observation group after treatment were better than before treatment,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with less trauma, shorter operative time, less blood loss, and quicker recovery after surgery.
