内镜下硬化剂治疗在食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Sclerosis in Treatment of Esophageal Varices Bleeding

目的探讨内镜下应用硬化剂治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性总结167例肝硬化致食管胃底静脉曲张患者的临床资料,包括内镜下硬化剂治疗联合药物治疗108例,单纯药物治疗59例,统计两组治疗的有效率、死亡率、再出血率进行对比分析。结果硬化剂治疗组中91例出血终止,17例患者死亡。结论在控制食管胃静脉曲张破裂急性出血中,内镜下硬化剂治疗就较单纯内科保守治疗效果佳,存活率高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic application of the treatment of esophageal gastric varices bleeding.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 167 cases of esophageal varices clinical data,included 108 cases treated with endoscopic therapy combined with drug therapy, 59 cases treated with drugs alone,and the two groups were treated with efficiency ,mortality,and then bleeding rate.Results In the treatment group, 91 patients died of bleeding and seventeen patients died.Conclusion In the control of esophageal gastric varices bleeding,endoscopic sclerosis agent for the treament of acute hemorrhage,better than the conservative treatment in the department of internal medicine,the survival rate is high.
