摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板在老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折治疗中的价值。方法将60例肱骨近端脆性骨折老年患者分为观察组(锁定钢板)和对照组(克氏针),对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总优良率为93.3%,高于对照组治疗总优良率为73.3%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论锁定钢板在老年人肱骨近端脆性骨折治疗中有着较好的临床效果。 Objective To investigate the value of locking plate in the treatment of fracture of the proximal humerus in elderly patients.Methods Selected 60 cases of fractures of the proximal humerus fractures were divided into the observation group (locking plate) and the control group (G's needle), compared with the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93.3%, the control group was 73.3%, the observation group was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Locking plate has better clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures.
