浅析老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床价值

To Explore the Clinical Value of Elderly Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Combine With Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的探究老年慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）合并冠状动脉粥样硬化（冠心病）的临床价值。方法选取本院2012年4月-2015年7月收治的120例老年慢性肺心病合并冠心病患者作为并发组,选取同期的120例单纯慢性肺心病患者作为非并发组。对比两组患者的临床症状与发病因素。结果并发组合并肥胖等因素所占的比例比非并发组高;并发组合并心律失常与左胸ST-T段改变情况比非并发组高;并发组合并心室肥大与心室增大患者比例比非并发组高,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对患者资料进行全方面的研究,与影像学等相关检查结果进行有效的结合,对老年肺心病合并冠心病患者进行诊断,能够提高疾病诊断准确率与治疗效果和预后。

Objective To explore the clinical value of elderly chronic corpulmonale （corpulmonale） with coronary atherosclerosis （coronary heart disease）.Methods Selected 120 cases of elderly patients combine with chronic corpulmonale with coronary heart disease from April 2012 to July 2015 in our hospitalas concurrent group, selected during the same period of 120 cases of simple as the previous group of patients with chronic corpulmonale. Comparied of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and risk factors.ResultsConcurrent group of patients with combined factors such as obesity proportion was higher than the concurrent group, Concurrent group of patients with combined arrhythmia and left breast ST-t change situation was higher than the concurrent group, patients with concurrent group merged ventricular hypertrophy patients with ventricular enlargement ratio was higher than the concurrent group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion According to the study of comprehensive data of the patients and the patients learn test results related to the influence of the effective combination of the aged patients with corpulmonale with coronary heart disease diagnosis, prompt and treatment effect of this disease diagnosis accuracy, and speed up the prognosis of patients.
