尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑卒中急性期的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection in Treatment of Progressivity Cerebral Apoplexy in Acute Stage

目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑卒中急性期的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的进展性脑卒中急性期患者80例作为研究对象,按照数字抽签法将其分成实验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用尤瑞克林治疗,对比分析两组患者的疗效。结果实验组的疗效优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑卒中急性期患者具有显著的疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of urinary kallidinogenase for injection in treatment of progressivity cerebral apoplexy in acute stage. Methods Selected 80 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital as the research object, according to the digital lottery methods were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 40 cases, the control group used conventional treatment, the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with urinary kallidinogenase for injection were treatment, compared the curative effect of two group.Results The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase for injection in treatment of progress has signiifcant curative effect in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy.
