临床中运用温热类药治疗慢性胃肠病的经验浅谈

To Explore the Experience of Apply on Tepidity Type of Drug in Treatment of Chronic Gastrointestinal Diseases in Clinical

目的分析临床中运用温热类药治疗慢性胃肠病的临床效果,为临床提供依据。方法选取我院2011年4月-2014年7月收治的100例慢性胃肠病患者作为观察对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,各50例。实验组在辩证基础上加入温热类中药进行治疗,对照组采用西药进行治疗,观察两组慢性胃肠病患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%。实验组总有效率高于对照组总有效率,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床中运用温热类药治疗慢性胃肠病,效果显著。

Objective Analysis the clinical effect of applytepidity type of drug in treatment of chronic gastrointestinal diseases in clinical.Methods Selected100 cases of chronic gastrointestinal disease from April 2011 to July 2014 in our hospitalas research object, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 50 cases. Based on experimental chronic gastrointestinal disease using dialectical add warm kind of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control of chronic gastrointestinal disease using western medicine treatment, observe the clinical efifcacy of the two groups after treatment chronic gastrointestinal disease.ResultsThe experimental group the total effective rate was 96.0%, the control group total effective rate was 76.0% of patients. After comparison,the experimental group total effective rate of patients washigher thanthe control group total effective rate of the patients,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionApply on warm drugs in clinical treatment of chronic gastrointestinal diseases, obvious effect.
