玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合关节止痛胶囊、外用中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sodium Hyaluronate Intra-articular Injection Combine With Joint Analgesia Capsule and Traditional Chinese Medicine for External Use Fumigation in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨关节止痛胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将70例膝骨性关节炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。治疗组应用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射结合口服自制关节止痛胶囊、外用中药熏洗治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射结合口服氨基葡萄糖治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91.42%,复发率11.43%,对照组总有效率77.14%,复发率28.57%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔注射联合关节止痛胶囊、外用中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with analgesia capsule and herbal fumigation on knee osteoarthritis.Methods Selected 70 cases of knee osteoarthritis were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, each group had 35 cases. The treatment group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with analgesia capsule and herbal fumigation. The control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine. The efifcacies in two groups were compared.Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 91.42%, the recurrence rate was 11.43%. In control group, the total effective rate was 77.14%, the recurrence rate was 28.57%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionThe treatment of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with analgesia capsule and herbal fumigation could get better efifcacy for knee osteoarthritis.
