温肺化痰清热汤辅助常规治疗对肺心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响研究

Study Effect of Wenfeihuatan Clearing Heat Soup Assist Conventional Therapy for Patients With Pulmonary Heart Disease Combine With Heart Failure

目的观察温肺化痰清热汤对肺心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选取135例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组68例和对照组67例,两组患者均给予常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用温肺化痰清热汤每日1剂,分2次口服,疗程为15 d。结果观察两组心功能(NYHA分级)、NT-pro BNP测定,观察组与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论温肺化痰清热汤是治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭有效方剂。

Objective To explore theeffect of wenfeihuatan decoction on heart function in patients with heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease.Methods Selected135 cases of heart failure patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group had 67 casesand control group had 68 cases. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment. On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with wenfeihuatan decoction 1 doses of, and the treatment was 15 days.Results Two groups of cardiac function （NYHA grade） and NT-proBNP were observed, and the observation group and control group werecompared,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Wenfeihuatan decoction is effective in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.
