摘要
目的分析老年重症心力衰竭患者的急诊内科护理效果。方法选取2013年6月-2015年1月在我院急诊内科治疗重症心力衰竭的70例老年患者进行分组研究,将其随机分析常规组和人性化组,每组35例,常规组给予内科常规的护理,人性化组给予人性化护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组满意度为82.9%,人性化组满意度为97.1%,人性化组的各项评分均高于常规组,组间比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论人性化护理应用于老年重症心力衰竭护理中可提高整体的护理满意度和患者的生活质量。
Objective Analysis in elderly patients with severe heart failure of emergency medical care.MethodsSelected 70 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure from June 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, the stochastic analyzed of conventional and human groups, each group had 35 cases, the normal group medical routine nursing, human nature shall be humanized nursing intervention group, compared the nursing effect and patients satisfaction with two group. ResultsThe control group satisfaction was 82.9%, the humanized groupsatisfaction was 97.1%, the score of humanized group were higher than the normal group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionHumanistic nursing applied to the elderly in severe heart failure care can improve the whole nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, obvious effect, has application value.
