摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对慢阻肺患者疾病应对态度及生活质量的影响。方法将190例慢阻肺稳定期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组95例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综和护理干预,比较两组患者的疾病不确定感、希望水平以及生活质量。结果观察组出院3个月时疾病不确定感方面评分低于对照组,希望水平评分高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合性护理干预能够全面满足COPD患者的需求,减少疾病不确定感,提高希望水平,改善生活质量。
Objective To observe the inlfuence of comprehensive nursing intervention on coping style and life quality of COPD disease patients. Methods190 stable COPD patients were randomly divided into the control group had the observation group, each group had 95 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group, compared with uncertainty in illness,hope level and life quality of two groups.Results3 month later, disease uncertainty score of unknown,lack of information,complexity in the observation group were lower than the control group,the reality and a positive attitude of the future, take positive action and hope were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing intervention can fully meet the needs of COPD patients, reduce the uncertainty in illness,and improve the hope level and life quality.
