综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛程度的影响

The Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain After Ear Nose Throat Surgery

目的探究综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛程度的影响,提高护理质量。方法将我院收治的74例实施耳鼻喉手术的患者随机分为对照组和护理组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组实施综合护理,比较两组患者在第1,3,5,7 d的疼痛评分及患者的满意度。结果护理组所有患者在第3,5,7 d的疼痛评分低于对照组患者且第5 d和第7 d疼痛评分低于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对耳鼻喉手术术后患者实施综合护理,护理效果较好,可减轻疼痛,满意度较高。

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on ENT postoperative pain and improve quality of care. MethodsSelected 74 cases ENT surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control and the treatment group each group had 37 cases. The control group were treated with routine care, care for patients with integrated care group were compared at 1,3,5,7 days of patient satisfaction and pain scores.ResultsAll patients in care group 3,5,7 day pain scores were lower than the control group and the 5 days and 7 day pain scores were lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction scores were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionENT surgery patients after the implementation of integrated care, better care can reduce pain in patients with high satisfaction.
