分析手术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的围术期护理方法

Analysis Perioperative Nursing Method of Surgical in Treatment of Patients With Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的探讨手术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的围术期护理。方法选取60例胫骨平台骨折患者分为两组,实验组实施系统的围术期护理,对照组实施常规护理。结果实验组膝关节功能恢复优良率为93.3%,满意率达96.7%。对照组膝关节功能恢复优良率为76.7%,满意率达80%。结论系统的围术期护理可有效减少胫骨平台骨折患者的骨折愈合时间,促进其膝关节功能的快速恢复,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of patients with tibial plateau fractures treated by surgery.Methods Selected 60 cases of tibial plateau fractures were divided into two groups, the experimental group of the implementation of the system of perioperative nursing, the control group to implement conventional care.Results The recovery of knee joint function was 93.3% and the satisfaction rate was 96.7%. The control group of patients with knee joint function recovery rate was 76.7%, the satisfaction rate was 80%.Conclusion The perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the fracture healing time of patients with tibial plateau fractures, and promote the rapid recovery of the function of the knee joint, the effect is remarkable.
