呼吸道感染患儿护理干预效果评价

The Evaluation of Nursing Intervention in Children With Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨小儿呼吸道感染的临床护理效果。方法随机将呼吸道感染患儿分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予护理干预,评价干预效果。结果观察组总有效率、症状消失、肺部啰音消失、住院时间则短于对照组。结论对呼吸道患儿进行有效的治疗,并根据患儿具体情况实施针对性护理干预措施,可提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursingeffectof children with respiratory tract infection.MethodsThe upper respiratory tract infection were divided into groups and the control group, two groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group received conventional therapy nursing intervention based on evaluation of intervention.ResultsThe total efifciency, symptoms, pulmonary rales disappeared, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group.ConclusionThe effective treatment of children with respiratory tract and to implement speciifc nursing interventions based on the speciifc circumstances of children, can improve the therapeutic effect.
