优质护理在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果分析

Analysis Effect of High Quality Nursing in Children With Bronchial Pneumonia

目的分析优质护理在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的方法及临床效果。方法搜集2014年8月-2015年8月在我院接受治疗的小儿支气管肺炎98例患儿,各49例。按照不同的护理方法分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察并比较实验组和对照组的护理效果。结果实验组体温恢复时间短于对照组,咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论优质护理能够有效缓解小儿支气管肺炎患儿的临床症状,缩短治疗时间,减少并发症的出现,且患儿家长对护理的满意度较高。

Objective Analysis the quality of nursing in pediatric nursing methods and clinical effect of bronchial pneumonia.MethodsCollected 98 cases of children with infantile bronchial pneumonia from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital, according to the different nursing methods were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 49 cases. The experimental group adopt high quality nursing methods, the control group were given routine nursing methods. To observe and compare the nursing effect of the experimental group and the control group.Results The experimental group with body temperature recovery time was shorter than the control group, cough disappeared was shorter than the control group, hospital was shorter than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The quality of nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children children with bronchopneumonia, shorten the treatment time, reduce the occurrence of complications, and parents to nursing satisfaction is higher.
