静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用体会

Application and Experience of Venous Indwelling Needle in Pediatric Nursing

目的探讨静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法将本科就诊300例患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,各150例。对照组采用常规静脉穿刺技术,实验组采用静脉留置针技术,比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。实验组对静脉输液护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论静脉留置针的应用,可有效降低静脉穿刺并发症的发生率,增加护理满意度。

Objective Analysis the applicative effect of venous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing.MethodsSelected 200 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 100 cases. The control group was given routine venous puncture technique, and the experimental group were treated with intravenous indwelling needle, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The complication rate of experimental group was lower than control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, and nursing satisfaction of patients and relatives in experimental group was higher than control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The application of venous indwelling needle can effectively reduce the complication rate of venipuncture, and increase the nursing satisfaction of patients and relatives.
