集束化镇静护理干预在ICU机械通气患者中应用研究

Application Study of Cluster of Sedation Nursing Intervention in Mechanically Ventilated Patients in ICU

目的研究集束化镇静护理干预在ICU机械通气患者中的应用。方法选择2014年3月-2015年2月来我院ICU进行机械通气的患者108例,随机分成两组,每组54例,对照组采用常规镇静护理,治疗组采用集束化镇静护理,观察两组患者的临床相关指标、1个月生存率、谵妄发生率。结果治疗组的临床相关指标少于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗组的1个月的生存率为92.59%,高于对照组74.07%,治疗组患者的谵妄发生率为24.07%,低于对照组的53.70%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于ICU机械通气患者采用集束化镇静护理干预能有效的缩短患者的住院时间,促进患者恢复,提高患者的生存率。

Objective To study the cluster of nursing intervention sedation in mechanically ventilated patients in the ICU applications. Methods Selected 108 cases of ICU patients received mechanical ventilation from March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 54 cases. The control group was received conventional sedation care, the treatment group was received cluster of sedation nursing care. Observed two groups of patients with clinically relevant indicators, one month survival rate, and incidence of delirium. Results The treatment group was less than the control group in the clinically relevant indicators,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. One month survival rate was 92.59% in treatment group, was higher than the 74.07% in the control group. The treatment group’s incidence of delirium was 24.07%, was lower than the 53.70% in the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion For the patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU sedation cluster of nursing interventions can effectively shorten the hospital stay of patients, promote patient recovery, improve the survival rate.
