摘要
目的探讨在临产妇中实施心理护理的临床效果。方法选择2013年7月-2014年8月在我院待产的101例临产妇随机分为对照组（n=50）、观察组（n=51）。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强心理护理。结果观察组的分娩方式、妊娠结果均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论加强对临产妇实施心理护理可促进妊娠结果得到有效改善。
Objective To study the clinical value of maternal psychological nursing.Methods Selected 101 cases of puerpera from July 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group （n=50）, the observation group （n=51）. The control group given conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of strengthening psychological nursing care.ResultsThe observation group way of delivery and pregnancy outcomes were significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionTo strengthen in the maternal psychological nursing can promote effectively improve pregnancy outcomes.
