摘要
针对微特电机电枢铁心、定子和转子杯形电枢此类结构中环氧浇注所用到的模具进行了归纳和总结,提出了改进措施。对传统浇注模空气容易滞留在环氧里的问题进行了分析,提出了浇道和出气口分离的新理念,介绍和分析了新结构。结果表明,解决了环氧浇注中气泡、浇不足、开裂等缺陷,满足了环氧树脂绝缘、耐腐蚀和抗冲击等特性。
Aiming at the epoxy cast of armature,stator and rotor cup-shaped armature for small special electrical motors,the mould being used are summarized.Some improvement measures are proposed.Based on the analysis of the present problem that the air easily remains in the epoxy in the traditional casting mould,a new concept of runner and air separation is put forward,and the new structure is introduced and analyzed.Results show that defects such as epoxy bubble,misrun,crack and so on are eliminated to meet the requirement of insulation anticorrosion,impact resistance characteristics of epoxy resin.
