摘要
主要介绍了一种拉深模新型定位机构,它能够有效避免板料在放入模具压边圈时定位发生偏差,影响板料成形。新型定位机构组成制作简单、使用方便,与传统定位机构相比,有效曲率保证了整个板料成形过程定位的稳定性,提高了产品质量。同时,定位机构提高了生产线的生产效率。
A new type deep drawing die positioning mechanism is introduced in the paper,which can effectively avoid positioning deviation when the sheet is placed into the binder,affecting the deformation of the sheet.The new type mechanism is simple,easy to use.Compared with the traditional positioning,the effective curvature can guarantee the stability of the billet positioning during the whole forming process,improve the product quality.Meanwhile,the positioning mechanism can raise productivity of the prodution line.
