Statins and Parkinson's Disease

他汀类药物是使用最广泛的降胆固醇药物,研究认为他汀类药物调控神经退行病变相关的信号通路,可能对帕金森病产生有益的作用。文中综合近年的研究文献并探讨他汀类药物治疗帕金森病的利弊。

Statins are widely used cholesterol-lowering drugs throughout the world, recent studies suggested that these drugs modulate neurodegeneration-related signaling processes and may be beneficial for Parkinson＇s disease（PD）. This article presented data on the therapeutic efficacy of statins in a PD, reviewed recent literature, and discussed the pros and cons of statin therapy in PD.
