口服胰岛素制剂的研究进展

自胰岛素上市以来,一直在糖尿病治疗中占据重要地位。胰岛素作为蛋白质多肽类药物直接口服,不但不易通过胃肠道黏膜,并且会因胃酸及胃肠道消化酶降解而失活。注射是目前临床给药的主要途径,长期注射给患者带来了诸多痛苦和不便,因此越来越多的研究人员致力于非注射型胰岛素的研究,而胰岛素口服制剂更为引人关注。本文对胰岛素在口服给药的研究进展作一综述。

Insulin has played a key role in the treatment of diabetes ever since it appeared on the market. As peptide drugs, if administered orally, insulin can not pass the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract and would be in- activated easily by the degradation of gastric acid and digestive enzymes. Long-term injection may cause pain and in- convenience to patients. Therefore, more and more researchers devote themselves to the development of non-injection route of insulin administration. This review provides an overview of the recent progress on the oral delivery of insulin and summarizes the key findings.
