摘要
目的分析市售中药饮片菊花、浙贝母微生物污染的状况,并对其微生物限度检查法提出合理的建议。方法测定中药饮片菊花和浙贝母中的好氧微生物总数(TAMC)、霉菌总数(TYMC)、耐热菌数,并进行耐胆盐革兰阴性菌检查和其他相关的控制菌检查。结果菊花和浙贝母饮片的总体微生物污染程度很高;耐胆盐革兰阴性菌的污染比较严重,而且出现了较为异常的实验现象;而其他控制菌的污染程度较低。结论以中药制剂微生物限度标准的要求来制定中药饮片总体微生物限度标准是不现实的;对于控制菌,宜加快耐胆盐革兰阴性菌检查方法的研究,并优先制定该项目的微生物限度标准,而其他控制菌则可以参照中药制剂的要求制定标准。
Objective To provide microbial limit standard by analysing the microbial contamination of Chrysanthemi Flos and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus. Methods TAMC, TYMC, thermophilic bacteria count, bile-tolerant Gram- nagtive bacteria and control bacteria were determined. Results The overall microbial contamination was very seri- ous. The microbial contamination of bile-tolerant Gram-nagtive bacteria was also serious and some experiment date was strange. The microbial contamination of other control bacteria was slight. Conclusion It is unrealistic to estab- lish the overall microbial limit standard of Chinese herbal pieces (Chrysanthemi Flos and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) by referring to traditional Chinese medicine preparation standard. We had better speed study of bile-tolerant Gram-nagtive bacteria and set up the microbial limit standards of other control bacteria may refer to the microbial limit standard of traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
