Research on Resource Construction in Libraries of CAPF Colleges under Open Access Environment

开放存取已成为高校教学科研工作中不可或缺的信息资源。分析了在开放存取环境下，武警院校图书馆信息资源建设所面临的主要机遇；探讨了武警院校图书馆利用开放存取加强信息资源建设的主要途径；研究了武警院校图书馆利用开放存取加强馆藏资源建设值得注意的几个问题。

Open Access has become an indispensable information resource for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes its running environment, points out main opportunity for resource construction in library of police armed academy, discusses the main method for strengthening information resource construction in library of police armed academy under open access environment and expounds several problems on strengthening collection resource construction in library of police armed academy with the help of open access.
