Real World Study and Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation

开展药物经济学评价所需的数据可以来自于随机对照试验(RCTs)和真实世界研究。真实世界研究的设计原则很好地满足了药物经济学评价的需求,但其研究设计和分析方法与RCTs有很大差异。本研究探讨了真实世界研究的相关定义及其与RCTs的区别和联系,以及在应用真实世界研究开展药物经济学评价时所需注意的相关问题,以期为研究者提供一定借鉴。

Data needed for pharmacoeconomic evaluation may be obtained from randomized controlled trials（RCTs）and from real world study.The design principles of real world study well satisfied the need of pharmacoeconomic evaluation.Meanwhile,its study design and analysis methods are quite different from RCTs＇.This study discussed the difference and relationship between RCTs and real world study,as well the related issues should be paid attention to when conduct pharmacoeconomic evaluation in real world study design.
