健康教育在骨折患者康复中的应用价值

Application Value of Health Education in Rehabilitation of Fracture Patients

目的探讨健康教育在骨折患者康复中的应用价值。方法选取2013年3月至2014年9月赤峰学院附属医院诊治的骨折患者96例,按随机数字表法将患者资料分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行健康教育,比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理依从性以及肌肉萎缩发生率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.32,P<0.05);观察组患者护理依从率明显高于对照组,肌肉萎缩发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论骨折患者康复过程中实施健康教育护理效果明显,可提高患者的护理满意度以及护理依从性,降低肌肉萎缩率。

Objective To explore the application value of health education in rehabilitation of fracture patients. Methods From September 2014 to March 2013,96 patients with fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group were treated with health education on the basis of the control group, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and the incidence of muscle atrophy.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=7.32,P〈0.05）;the nursing compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of muscle atrophy was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of health education in the rehabilitation of patients with fracture is obvious,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance,reduce the rate of muscle atrophy.
