摘要
随着上海市经济的发展,地下公共工程日益增加,而防汛安全问题也变得日益突出。文章阐述了上海市开展地下公共工程防汛影响论证的必要性,对开展防汛影响论证的技术路线、计算指标进行了系统分析,结合论证工作开展中所遇到的问题,探讨防汛影响论证工作开展中的技术路线和管理实践。
Along with the economic development of Shanghai,the underground public works are increasing,and flood prevention work has become increasingly prominent.In this paper,the need to carry out flood prevention for the underground public works is given,the technical line and technical indicators for flood control were analyzed,in light of the problems encountered in the evaluation work the technical work,the technical line,and management practices for evaluation are discussed.
