重庆地下空间控制性详细规划研究与实践

Research and Practice of Regulatory Detailed Planning of Underground Space in Chongqing

为进一步完善城市控制性详细规划编制内容,给城市地下空间系统化利用提供管理依据。以重庆市西永组团L标准分区地下空间控规编制试点为契机,在总结其他城市相关规划编制经验的基础上,结合西永城市新区发展规划,形成编制城市地下空间控规的基本思路和技术路线,并在重要地区地上地下一体化设计、地下空间控制指标体系、地下空间专项规划等方面进行重点研究和总结,以指导全市其它地区地下空间控规编制工作。

For improving the content of regulatory detailed planning and providing the management basis of using urban underground space,this paper explores a technical route based on the regulatory detailed planning of underground space of Xiyong L district in Chongqing and experience of other cities.Moreover,in order to directing the same planning in other area of the city,it works at researching and summarizing the method of planning in the following aspects:integrated design above and under ground of key areas; the index system of regulatory planning of underground space; specialized subject planning of underground space and so on.
