摘要
根据现代战争特点,探索人防工程的选址布局是城市规划和人防工程规划专业的前沿课题。防空专业队工程是人防工程的重要组成部分,针对其中抢险抢修专业队的功能专业性强,用地选址影响因素复杂的特点,本文以ArcGIS为平台,综合运用层次分析法、专家问卷调查、ALOHA模拟软件,建立了适用于人防抢险抢修专业队工程用地选址适宜性的评价方法,为量化地选择人防工程建设用地提供依据,辅助人防工程规划管理和决策。
Owing to changing pattern of modern warfare,it is an important front problem to explore the site selection and layout of civil air defense work in urban planning and civil air defense planning.Civil air defense emergence and rush repair team(ERRT) work is an important part of civil air defence works,due to the specialized function of the ERRT and complex affecting factors in site selection,this paper proposes suitability evaluation method to ERRT works site selection,based on ArcGIS platform and integrated analytic hierarchy process(AHP),expert questionnaires and ALOHA simulation software.The method provides the basis for quantifying analysis on ERRT works site selection,and assists planning,management and decision-making of the civil air defence works.
