国内外商务区地下交通环廊案例分析与启示

Case Analysis and Enlightenment of Underground Traffic Tunnel at Domestic and Overseas CBD

随着城市地下空间开发和利用的不断发展,在新一轮商务区地下空间的规划和建设中,出现了专门用于联系地块地下车库与地面道路的地下交通环廊,这类工程在联系并整合商务核心区地下停车资源的同时又能有效减少地面道路交通负荷,是改善商务区交通与环境的重要措施之一。本文介绍了国内相关商务区已建成或正在建设中的案例,总结地下交通环廊的功能定位等特点,并以北京丽泽金融商务区规划建设的地下交通环廊方案为例,说明其对适应商务区发展、缓解交通拥堵和优化商务区路网具有重要意义,并为其它城市商务区发展地下交通环廊提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

With the continuous development of urban underground space exploration and utilization,in the new round of planning and construction of underground space of business district an underground traffic tunnel appeared which was used to connect the underground parking and ground road.This type of project can not only connect and integrate the underground parking resources of business core area,but also to reduce ground road traffic load effectively.Such project is one of the important measures to improve traffic and the environment of the business district.In the paper,the case about the domestic business district built or under construction is introduced,functional positioning and other features about underground traffic tunnel are summarized.Taking the underground traffic tunnel planned in Beijing Lize financial business district as an example in this paper,the significance of underground traffic tunnel in business district development,easing traffic congestion and optimizing business district road network is explained.The paper provides an useful reference for other city business district development of underground traffic tunnel.
