提高地下综合体过渡空间使用价值的设计研究

Design Strategies to Improve the Use Value of Underground Complex Transitional Space

地下综合体是城市立体化发展的重要类型。地下综合体过渡空间是城市化发展产生的新型空间。它是两种或两种以上不同性质、不同方向或不同功能的空间在彼此邻接时,产生相互作用的一个特定区域,是地下综合体空间范围内对立矛盾冲突与相互调和的焦点。其在商业利用、休息接驳、导向标识、防灾疏散等方面都有特殊的价值。本文首先探讨了地下综合体过渡空间的利用现状和存在问题,分析其空间构成方式,其次对空间价值和功能进行了分析。继而,从布局设计、空间形态方面提出相关的空间设计策略。希望能对我国当前地下综合体和城市地下空间开发和利用提供有益的借鉴。

Underground complex is an important type of three-dimensional development of the city.Underground complex transitional space is a new space generated by urbanization.It is a specific region made up of two or more spaces adjacent to each other with different properties in different directions,or different functions,which is the focus of opposition to reconcile conflicts with in the spatial extent of the underground complex.It has more special significane in commercial value,stay sitting,directional signs,disaster evacuation and transport links and other aspects.We discussed the status of the underground complex transitional space utilization and problems and analyzed the spatial qualities from connotations of the underground complex transition space.Secondly we analyzed the way to constitute such space,the functional role and spatial morphology.And as a goal,we make relevant spatial design strategies from the layout design,functional organization,user-friendly design and other aspects.We hope to provide useful lessons for our current underground complexes and urban underground space development and utilization.
