输电线路高低腿杆塔基础配置策略及软件研发 被引量:4

摘要 架空输电线路通常经过高山大岭,许多塔位位于陡峭山坡上,为减少塔基面开方量,保护山区植被,工程中常采用全方位杆塔高低腿和高低主柱基础相配合的方案,而高低腿杆塔基础手工配置操作繁琐、工作量大,大大降低了设计人员的工作效率。本文分析了高低腿杆塔基础配置的策略,提出了以塔位桩为中心的塔基断面图的测绘方法、高低腿杆塔接腿控制条件和基础边坡保护范围计算方法,提出了高低腿杆塔基础配置流程、柱顶标高算法和基础校核算法。基于Object ARX技术开发了塔腿基础配置软件,实现了铁塔基础接腿的自动化、以及塔基断面图、塔腿基础配置图的自动绘制。 Overhead transmission lines often run through big mountain ridge,many towers are set on the relatively large slope,in order to reduce the excavation of land faces and protect mountain vegetation,the coordination of a full range of high and low legs,and different level of the main tower foundation pillar is required which is a manual work with tedious workload. This paper proposes high-low leg tower base configuration,and drawing of the pile cross-sectional view of the tower base,taking the tower guide pile as the center then presents the level of the tower legs controlled conditions and calculations of slope protection area. The level of the tower leg base configuration process,tower top elevation calculation and foundation checking are also proposed. Based on Object ARX technology,the tower leg base configuration software has been developed,which can select the length of the leg and generate a cross-sectional view for the tower and tower leg base configuration.
