浅析地下工程现浇混凝土结构突出的质量问题

Analysis of Key Quality Problems in Underground Engineering of Cast-in-situ Concrete Structures

结合工程实例,从施工工艺控制、过程管理等方面对现阶段地下工程现浇混凝土结构在施工过程中存在的质量问题及产生的原因进行了详细的分析。针对地下工程在止水带安装、施工缝凿毛清理、混凝土浇筑振捣及收面、钢筋加工及安装等施工环节存在较多质量问题的现状,通过加强现场施工管理与控制,提高质量意识,采取规范化、精细化处理施工缝的同时对混凝土工程进行二次振捣、二次收面等施工措施,解决当前地下工程现浇混凝土结构存在的质量问题,为今后地下工程施工管理及施工过程控制提供借鉴,提前预防类似工程质量问题的发生。

Combined with engineering examples,the quality problems and their causes of cast-in-situ concrete structures at the present stage of underground engineering in construction were analyzed from the view points of construction process control and process management etc.. In view of existed many quality problems in the underground engineering such as the water stop installing,construction joints chiseling and cleaning,concrete pouring and vibrating and surface troweling,the steel bar processing and installing and other construction problems at present,suggestions for improvement are given by strengthening construction management,improving the quality awareness,standardization and meticulous treatment of construction joints and taking the technique of second vibrating and second surface troweling of concrete and other construction measures,to solve the quality problems of cast-in-situ concrete structure at present of underground engineering,which can be as reference for construction process management and control in future,to prevent the occurrence of similar engineering quality problems in advance.
