摘要
不同机头形式的顶管机具对土质条件均有一定的适用性,在残积土或强风化岩层中遇到未风化孤石是顶管施工常见问题之一,从地面开挖排障井则是一种普遍的处理方法。文章以福州市某3.2 m内径的长距离、混凝土顶管施工排障井工程着手,介绍了连续墙围护排障井的空间布置、结构设计、施工、监测等相关内容,重点分析了已有顶管机头及管节对井内空尺寸选定、连续墙结构设计、墙段分幅设计、预留洞口加强、洞口开孔处地基处理的影响,并提出了相应的处理措施,为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。
Different kind of equipment has certain applicability in the pipe jacking construction procedure,especially with the geological condition,and encountering the isolated stone in the residual soil or in the strong weathered rock stratums is a common problem,and the most common treatment method is to excavate a shaft from ground. Based on the foundation pit,which for clearing away the isolated stone in a long distance pipe jacking with3. 2 meter internal diameter,this paper introduces the design,construection and construction monitoring of the underground continuous wall vertical shaft,especially in the selection of the shaft clearance dimension,the structure design of the diaphragm wall,framing of the diaphragm wall,strengthening of the reservation opening and the foundation treatment,which are effected by the pipe jacking head and the pipes in the ground,and then,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide a basic for the similar projects.
