摘要
某建筑物由三幢塔楼及裙楼组成,楼层高53层,为钢筋混凝土框筒和框架结构,混凝土强度等级为C50。在施工过程中,多次出现商品混凝土质量事故,且结构混凝土表面局部出现严重的蜂窝、麻面、烂根、露筋等缺陷。为此,对已建的结构混凝土进行钻芯法检测,三家检测机构的检测结果不同并产生争议,又同步反复检测多次,最终结果判断为混凝土质量不合格。本文结合现行规范介绍了检测过程及分析评价方法,讨论了结构混凝土质量评价存在的问题。
The building consists of three towers and skirt building,it is 53 floors high and structured by reinforced concrete frame tube and frame.The concrete strength grade is C50.During the process of construction,there were several concrete quality accidents happened,severe defects such as honeycombs,bast plane,rot-roots,dewreinforcements were taken place on the surface of concrete structure. Therefore,three test institutions tested the completed concrete structure by drilling core experiment.However,there are some disagreements among the outcomes from three institutions so that several synchronous repeated detection are taken again,finally to find the reason is that the quality of concrete is unqualified. In this paper,test process and analysis and evaluating system are discussed combined with current codes,the existing problems of concrete structure are also discussed.
