地下交通空间与城市格局发展的互动关联探析

Research on the Interaction between Underground Space for Transportation and the Urban Development

从时间和空间两个维度探讨德国斯图加特地下交通空间与城市格局发展之间的互动关联,根据地下空间发展的历史总体上可划分为4个阶段:萌芽期、停滞期、大发展期及新契机四个时期。各阶段的城市发展需求决定了地下交通空间的服务对象、开发适宜性、工程选址及开发强度;地下交通空间的发展引导城市格局的变迁,带动城市及周边区域的产业变革。两者的互动关联经历了从"单一互动"到"内在紧密关联"的过程。

From the dimensions of time and space,the paper discusses the interaction between underground space for transportation and the urban development in Stuttgart. Acording to the development history of underground space for transportation,it can be generally divided into 4 stages: preliminary stage,stagnation stage,fast expansion and the future period. The demands of city development at each stage determined the service objects of underground space for transportation,suitability of going underground,location constraints and development intensity of an underground transportation project. Meanwhile,the development of underground space for transportation led the reconstruction of city pattern,and contributed to the industrial revolution in both urban and suburb area. The interaction of the two had went through the process from 'single interaction'to 'inner close connection'.
