香肠型与扁平型充灌袋的设计计算方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 土工织物充灌袋由于施工方便、价格低廉而广泛应用在防波堤等工程中,根据其充灌后截面形状的不同,主要分为香肠型充灌袋和扁平型充灌袋两种类型。在袋子的充灌过程中,需控制充灌压力的大小以满足袋子抗拉强度和形状的要求,因此充灌袋的几何参数、袋子拉力与充灌压力的关系是研究的重点。国内外的研究一般只针对某一种形状的充灌袋,且研究结果多为解析解,不便直接应用于工程实际中。本文根据两种袋子各自的截面假定和计算方法,编制相应的计算程序,得到不同工况下充灌袋各参数与充灌压力之间的关系,经过归一化处理后拟合出适应于各种工况的曲线函数,并分别通过试验证明拟合曲线的正确性和准确性。最后说明两种充灌袋设计程序的联系及两种拟合公式各自应用的范围。 A widely used technique in constructing dikes for land reclamation is to use tubes made of sewn geotubes. The advantages of this method are economical and easy to carry out. There are two kinds of geotubes which are fully inflated geotubes( sausage shaped geotubes) and partially inflated geotubes. The tension stress and changes of shape in geosynthetic tubes during tube filling is the dominant factor considered in constructing safe dikes.Therefore,the relationships among tube size,pumping pressure,unit weight of the slurry,and tension stress in geosynthetic tubes need to be identified in the design stage. The existing research results are mainly about a certain kind of geotubes and cannot be used directly in the project. This paper writes different programs to satisfy the two kinds of geotubes according to the different section assumptions and calculation methods. By calculating different working conditions,the relationship between the parameters of geotubes and pumping pressure can be determined and the fitted curves can be got simultaneously. The accuracy of the fitted curves is verified by the model test results of the two kinds of geotubes. It turns out that the model tests are consistent with the calculational results of the fitted curves very well. The uniformity and connection of the two program are proved and their applying ranges are illustrated.
