摘要
详细介绍了后混合式高压磨料水射流割缝实验系统的结构、工作原理和试验方法及方案。利用该系统对岩石进行割缝试验可得:(1)该系统可进行高效的、远距离的以及坚硬岩石的高压磨料水射流切割;(2)磨料类型、水泵压力、割缝速度以及磨料质量浓度等参数都会影响岩石预制裂缝的效果;(3)砂岩、石灰岩、花岗岩获得较好割缝效果的试验参数为:磨料类型分别为河沙、天然棕刚玉、石榴石,气泵压力0.4~0.5MPa,水泵压力60MPa,割缝速度40cm/min,磨料质量浓度2%。对钻孔磨料射流割缝的工业实施具有重要参考价值。
The paper describes the structure,working principle and test method and scheme of the post mixed water abrasive jet cutting with high pressure testing system. By cutting rocks,some conclusions are drawn as follows:( 1) The water abrasive jet cutting with high pressure system is high-efficient and it can cut remote and hard rocks.( 2) Parameters like abrasive type,pump pressure,cutting speed and abrasive mass concentration etc. influence cutting effect.( 3) The best testing parameters of cutting sandstone,limestone and granite is: abrasive includes river sand,natural brown corundum and garnet; air pump pressure is 0. 4 ~ 0. 5 MPa; water pump pressure is 60 MPa;cutting speed is 40 cm / min; abrasive mass concentration is 2%. The research has vital reference value for drilling abrasive jet cutting in industrial application.
