摘要
野猪山隧道右线出口科研段按照软弱围岩变形控制工法进行施工,属于软弱围岩隧道进洞施工工法的新尝试。本文详细介绍了软弱围岩变形控制工法在野猪山隧道进洞施工中的应用情况,并从控制围岩变形与保证围岩稳定、施工进度、风险控制三个方面对软弱围岩变形控制工法的施工效果进行评价,其中,控制围岩变形、保证围岩稳定的评价基于三个指标,即拱顶沉降、钢支撑内力和玻璃纤维锚杆加固效果,另外,还进一步对玻璃纤维锚杆施工的经验教训进行了总结,为掌子面玻璃纤维锚杆施工的改进提供了方向。
The export of tunnel named Yezhushan in Zhejiang province is constructed by control method for deformation of weak surrounding rock. The application of this method in construction of tunnel entrance is a new attempt. This article describes the application of the method in detail,and evaluates the construction effect from three aspects,including the ability to control surrounding rock deformation,construction schedule and risk control. There are three indicators for the evaluation of deformation and stability of surrounding rock,including vault settlement,steel arch force and fiberglass anchor. Furthermore, this article summarizes the lessons of fiberglass anchor construction,which provide direction for improving the construction technology of fiberglass anchor.
