摘要
天河山隧道为跨晋、冀两省的省界隧道,设计为双向四车道高速公路标准。该隧道施工过程中,由于地质构造、地层岩性等诸多因素导致了大体量的涌水,水量之大、历时之长在山西省公路隧道建设史上是独有的。本文结合工程实际对涌水发生的原因进行了详细分析,并研究提出了不同的处治方案,有锯末、海带封堵方案,有超前帷幕注浆方案,更有斜井绕行方案,经过实践检验,充分证明了文中所提对策的创造性、合理性及适用性。由于该隧道在涌水特点及处治措施上有较好的典型性和代表性,希望该隧道涌水处治对策的研究成果能对其他类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
Tianheshan tunnel is a provincial boundary tunnel across Shanxi and Hebei,designed for two-way four-lane expressway standard. In the construction process of the tunnel,geological structure,lithology and other factors led to a large volume of water gushing,which lasted longer in Shanxi province highway tunnel construction history is unique. Combined with the engineering practice of detailed analysis on the reasons of occurrence of water gushing,and different treatment plans were put forward,with sawdust and kelp plugging scheme,advanced curtain grouting scheme,more inclined shaft bypass scheme,after the test of practice,fully demonstrated the countermeasure creativity,rationality and applicability. Because the tunnel has a typical and representative in characteristics and treatment measures of water gushing,we hope the researching results of the tunnel water seepage treatment strategies can provide reference for other similar projects.
