钢带增强螺旋波纹管抗变形能力三维仿真分析

摘要 为了研究钢带增强螺旋波纹管在吹砂填海等不均匀沉降地区的承载能力及协调变形能力,采用Ansys建立三维有限元模型,在不同埋深、不同管周土支撑刚度、不均匀变形条件、自由敷设等工况下对1.5 m管径进行数值仿真模拟。结果表明,该管在上述工况下有较好的承载及变形协调能力,主要表现在:(1)钢带承担了大部份的荷载,环向抗变形能力强;(2)在不考虑土拱效应、管土分担作用、波纹管的结构特性时1.5 m高环刚度管最大覆土可达12 m;(3)管周土支撑刚度对管道的钢带及聚乙烯内皮的应力及变形有着明显的影响,变形值对支撑刚度系数及上覆荷载影响的敏感性比应力值大;(4)管材对不均匀沉降有较好的纵向协调变形能力;(5)自由敷设有一定的弯曲变形能力,但不满足《埋地塑料排水管道施工》中弧形敷设20de的要求。 This paper mainly researched the carrying ability and the compatible deformation ability of steel reinforced spiral corrugated pipe in the area of uneven settlement with dredged sand as load in reclamation project. A three-dimensional finite element model of pipe with the diameter of 1.5 meters was built and its numeral simulation analysis was done with different working conditions,including the burial depth,brace stiffness of backfilled earth around pipe,uneven deformation and free laying condition. The results show that the pipe has better carrying and compatible deformation capacity under the above-mentioned conditions.( 1) Steel belt carries most part of the load,which is high resistance to deformation in hoop;( 2) The maximum burial depth of the 1. 5 m diameter high ring stiffness pipe can reach 12 meters without consideration of the soil arch effect,the pipe-soil interaction and the structure characteristic of the corrugated pipe;( 3) The brace stiffness of earth around the pipe has significant influence on the stress and deformation of the steel and the polyethylene of pipe,the deformation value is more sensitive than stress value to influence on brace stiffness coefficient and overlying load.( 4) This pipe has better carrying and compatible deformation capacity for uneven deformation.( 5) Free laying condition has some bending deformation capacity,but it doesn't satisfy to the 20 de requirement of the'construction of buried plastic drainage pipes'.
