横断山脉区域管道坡面水毁防治技术应用 被引量:3

摘要 中缅油气管道是我国能源进口西南通道。其云南区域横穿滇西横断山脉、滇中红层高原,在地质复杂、高降雨及管道作业带扰动等因素的影响下,造成管道铺设区域坡面滑塌、地表流失和地貌恢复困难,仅在龙陵至弥渡337 km区域在2015年就发生坡面滑塌13处、水毁漏管30处、在破碎砂砾岩近30 km区域地貌仍无法恢复。仅针对云南横断山脉区域山区管道坡面水毁从地层扰动、降水强度、地形地貌和建设期治理措施四方面进行分析,提出新型柔性疏导方案并列举了应用实例。经实际应用,该设计方案具合理可行,具有施工难度小、工期短、一次性投资少、施工安全系数高和环境协调性好的优点,适用于抢险工程和临时应急处置。 China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline is China's energy import southwest channel. The Yunnan area crosses the Hengduan Mountains in the western and the Red Plateau in the middle. Under the influence of geological complexity,high rainfall and disturbances of pipeline operation,it is difficult to recover the slope,surface loss and landform recovery only. In the Longling to Midi 337 km area,many disasters occurred in 2015 including 13 slopes,30 water pipe damages,nearly 30 km area in the broken sand and gravel still can not be restored. Based on the analysis of four aspects of stratigraphic disturbance,precipitation intensity,topography and construction period,the new type of flexible grouting scheme was put forward and the application examples were listed. With the practical application,the design scheme is reasonable and feasible,and it has the advantages of small construction time,short construction period,low disposable investment,high construction safety factor and good environmental coordination,and it is suitable for emergency engineering and temporary emergency disposal.
