砂岩地区暗挖隧道掘进开挖技术参数研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前随着城市化快速发展,市政隧道在城市工程建设中占比越来越大,本文依托的重庆轨道交通四号线唐家沱车辆段出入线隧道下穿海尔路、马鞍山变电站和金科太阳海岸别墅区,并且紧靠DN325天然气主管道,因此传统开挖方法(爆破开挖)会对邻近居民小区、公共建筑等周边环境造成较大影响,并且受制于城市环保等影响,每天开挖时间受限。而非爆开挖施工则对围岩和周边环境的扰动小,震动小,本文通过重庆市轨道交通四号线出入线浅埋暗挖隧道掘进施工为例,通过对开挖机械的选择、掘进切割方式、掘进机截齿的更换等方面的研究,得出悬臂式掘进机在城市砂岩地区暗挖隧道施工中的优势,并提出最适用于砂岩地区的悬臂式掘进机的控制参数。 At present,municipal tunnels are becoming more and more important in urban engineering construction with the rapid development of urbanization,the tunnel access tunnel of the Tangjiatun Depot of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 4,which is based on by this article,passes through Haier Road,Maanshan Substation and Jinke Solar Coast Villa District,and it is close to the main pipeline of DN325 natural gas,so the traditional excavation method(blasting excavation) will has a great impact on the surrounding environment of neighboring residential areas,public buildings,etc..And it is subject to the influence of urban environmental protection,and the daily excavation time is limited.Non-explosive excavation construction has little disturbance to the surrounding rock and surrounding environment.In this paper,the excavation method of the sand excavation in the area of the Line 4 line of Chongqing Rail Transit is discussed.Based on the actual situation of the construction site,the paper studies excavation machinery,excavation and cutting methods,replacement of the cutting machine picks,etc.The advantages of the cantilever roadheader in the construction of the underground tunnel in the sandstone area are obtained,and the control parameters of the cantilever roadheader which are most suitable for the sandstone area are proposed.
