摘要
天然气管道是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,是保证人民生活和城市机能正常运转的设施,是生命线工程。由于天然气具有易扩散性、易燃性以及易爆炸性,在综合管廊内设置燃气舱,具备在地下有限空间内布设天然气管道的特殊危险性。本文应用FLUENT软件,模拟了燃气舱中天然气管道不同的泄漏点,经过一定时间后在燃气舱顶部形成的甲烷气体浓度分布。仿真发现甲烷扩散规律跟泄漏点位置、风速以及支护(障碍物)有关。通过CFD软件模拟综合管廊燃气舱中天然气泄漏后的扩散规律,对确定燃气舱中甲烷气体传感器的安装位置以期及时发现天然气泄漏有一定的参考意义。
As an important part of urban infrastructure and a lifeline engineering,it is a facility to ensure the normal functioning of people ’ s lives and urban functions.Because natural gas is easy to diffuse,flammable and explosive,the installation of gas tanks in the utility tunnels has the special risk of installing natural gas pipelines in underground finite space.In this paper,the FLUENT software is used to simulates the distribution of methane gas on the top of the gas tank after a certain time by different leakage points.The simulation results show that methane diffusion is related to leakage location,wind speed and support(Obstacle).By simulating the diffusion law of natural gas leakage in the gas tank of the comprehensive Gallery,it has some reference significance to determine the installation position of methane gas sensor in the gas tank in order to find the natural gas leakage in time.
