双根并联恒阻大变形锚杆吸收冲击能量研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究恒阻大变形锚杆在动力冲击作用下的吸能规律,开展了双根并联恒阻大变形锚杆动态冲击拉伸实验。实验结果表明:随着冲击速度的增加,恒阻大变形锚杆的工作阻力和伸长量均越来越大,恒阻大变形锚杆伸长单位长度吸收的能量增加。双根并联恒阻大变形锚杆冲击力时程曲线可见两个峰值,第二个峰值总是小于第一个峰值,即当多个恒阻大变形锚杆并联工作时,其冲击力响应水平是逐个衰减,能够有效缓解冲击效应。同时,采用红外热成像法对恒阻大变形锚杆和普通锚杆冲击过程中的温度场变化进行监测,对比研究二者吸能特性,实验表明,与普通锚杆相比,恒阻大变形锚杆吸能效果更好,更利于巷道防冲支护。 The elongation and impacting experimental system was used to study the energy characteristics under the dynamic impact of two constant resistance and large deformation bolts(named CRLD bolt in this paper).Experimental results indicate that,as the impact velocity increases,the working resistance and elongation increase so as the energy consumption per unit length of CRLD bolt.The time history curve of two CRLD bolts has obvious double-peak phenomenon and the second peak is lower than the first peak.This is the result of not being fully synchronized with the shock,it means that when several CRLD bolt working together the supporting force is decreasing,so by this way can reduce the impact.Besides,it is also research the energy absorption characteristics of CRLD and traditional bolt with the infrared thermal imaging technology.The experiment result shows that the energy absorption characteristics of CRLD bolt is better.
