瑞雷波在台涵背填筑质量控制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 瑞雷波法探测台涵背填筑质量,不仅操作快速简便,还能获取不同深度的数据。为提高探测结果精度,笔者结合公路工程桥台涵背工程特性,通过现场试验,分析激发条件、接收系统和采集参数等因素对瑞雷波信号质量的影响。结果表明:在桥台背填筑质量检测中,根据探测深度,宜采用不同的锤重和垫板;道间距设置应合理,采用0.3~0.5 m的道间距检测效果较佳;在确保首道信号能量的前提下,偏移距应尽可能小,以1~4倍道间距为宜。在此基础上分别针对砂类土、砾类土、巨粒土等常见填料类型,在填料碾压过程中开展灌水试验、沉降观测、面波波速探测,建立了台涵背填筑质量瑞雷波法控制标准,并提出了不同填土类型的合理碾压工艺。 Rayleigh Wave is used to detect the quality of backfill of abutment.The operation is not only simple and rapid,but also gets different depth data.To improve the accuracy of detection results,combining with the highway engineering structure abutment engineering characteristics,through field test,the influences of excitation factor,selection of reception factors on Rayleigh signal quality are studied.The results indicate that in testing filling quality of bridge and culvert,(1)different hammer weight and base plates should be used;(2)track pitch should be rational,0.3~0.5 m track pitch could bring better detection effect;(3)in the context of insuring the energy of first channel,offset should be as small as possible,such as 1~4 times track pitch.Based on filling sand soil,gravel soil,and coarse-grained in the compaction process,water filling test,settlement observation,surface wave velocity detection are carried out.The back filling quality control standard of Rayleigh Wave is established.The reasonable rolling process of different filling types is put forward.
