摘要
为确定8.5 m超大采高综采面大断面、超长距离回采巷道合理煤柱宽度,以上湾矿12401综采面回采巷道为背景,采用回归分析、理论分析、数值模拟方法进行分析。在经验法基础上采用回归分析科学预测煤柱宽度;基于D-P准则引入洛德参数修正极限平衡理论以考虑中间主应力对屈服函数的影响,并在此基础上,提出"塑性区宽度等同理论"分析煤柱宽度。研究结果为:回归分析法、载荷估算法、塑性区宽度等同理论预测值分别为25.31 m、23.5 m、24.2 m;数值模拟预测值为25 m。综上确定8.5 m超大采高回采巷道合理煤柱宽度为25 m,研究成果可为综采面回采巷道支护及稳定性等方面提供理论依据。
In order to determine the reasonable protection coal pillar width of revcovery roadway with large section and long distance in 8.5 m large mining height workface,taking 12401 workface of Shangwan’mine as the research object,the reasonable width was studied by regression analysis,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.Based on the empirical method,regression analysis was used to predict width of coal pillar.Lord parameter was introduced to modify formula in the limit equilibrium theory base on D-P criterion so as to consider the effect of intermediate principal stress on the yield function.And on this basis,Equivalent Plastic Zone Width Theory was analyzed for the coal pillar width.The results show:the predicted value is 25.31 m by regression analysis method;the predicted value is 23.5 m by Load estimation method,and predicted value is 24.2 m by the Equivalent Plastic Zone Width Theory;the predicted value is 25 m by the numerical simulation.The reasonable protection coal pillar width in 12401 workface recovery roadway is 25 m through comprehensive determination.The research results can provide the theoretical basis for the support and stability of mining roadway.
